This property was everything you hope for when getting a VRBO. It was spotless regarding cleanliness, the beds were all extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked better than mine at home, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the gathering areas were also very comfortable and I would come back here anytime. Tina was very easy to communicate with and was friendly and informative about the area. Everyone was happy with everything about this property. Loved staying here!

Great house for family

Family had plenty of room and the property was spotless. Well supplied with everything from towels to extra garbage bags. Great location minutes from downtown. Really enjoyed staying here!

Swimming with the manatees

My family and I had a pleasant time at this house! The house was clean and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Tina was in contact with us ahead of and throughout our stay which made for a smooth process start to finish.We came to the area to see and swim with the manatees. Within 10 minutes drive you can be at Three Sisters Springs and depending on the day see 100 manatees from land!

Dreamy River Home

Had a wonderful time! Location was perfect as the property allowed for boat access from Twin Rivers Marina and to the local springs. House was clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of 9. Would definitely stay here again. Tina was so responsive and pleasant to communicate with!

Clean and Spacious

Even nicer than listing photos, lovely spacious home. Everything you may need is there, very thoughtful details. Beds, linens, furniture were all very nice, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed spending evenings in the backyard, fishing off the spacious dock. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely AMAZING house and host

Tina (the host) was so very helpful on our trip, recommending places to kayak and see the manatees as well as other questions we had. Her house was absolutely perfect for us...4 adults and 4 kids. The screened in porch is heaven along with the kayaks available for use by renters. The house is warm and inviting while having lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked. I have rented many homes and this one is the best!!!!

Sunshine on a Rainy Day

Even though it rained most of our days in Crystal River, we had a great time! This house had everything needed to ensure a pleasant stay from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of kayaks for our entire family! It’s a well decorated house, and there were many indoor and outdoor games for all ages to enjoy. Great location!

Great Property on the Water

My extended family stayed for a week over Christmas. The property is in a great location to enjoy the area - swimming with manatees, boating, fishing, airboats, hiking and sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking family meals. You can fish right off the dock. The house also has indoor and outdoor games. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and paddling down the river. We would gladly stay at this property again.

Perfect getaway!

This was a long weekend trip for us and all I can say is that we all wished we could have stayed longer. We have stayed in multiple rentals and this was in the top few as far as cleanliness, responsiveness of host, and well stocked property. Tina is an amazing host, very responsive and literally has thought of everything for her guests to be comfortable and relaxed! Beautiful property and location, the porch was my favorite spot! It is also perfectly located to shops, restaurants, dive tours, etc. We even had a dolphin encounter in the canal! Clean, spacious, beautiful home! If you are going to Crystal River, do not hesitate to book this property! We would definitely stay again. Thank you Tina!

Wonderful Weekend!

We had such a great time renting this home. The house is well-stocked, way beyond what i expected. Tina was so responsive and accommodating to our family. The decor in the home is beautiful, the location is ideal, and the dock/kayaks/fire pit/screened porch made the outdoors just as appealing as inside the home. We will 100% be back and 100% recommend this home!

Great rental

This stay is the standard that all rentals should be compared to. Very well stocked with all household items. Great towels and bedding. Way too big a house for just me and my wife, but would be great for a larger family or group of friends. We did use the pier to tie our boat up for several days. Pier is sturdy and clean. Overall I would highly recommend a stay.

Stellar in every way!

This property was perfect for our Family/Friends 8 adults. Tina was very responsive and the house was stocked with anything you would need. From the ice maker to the kitchen gadgets. The dock and access ability was a boater's dream. You can launch at Crystal River water sports which is a short ride to the house. You can kayak and paddle board in the canal and enjoy the fire pit at night. This was perfect for our needs and we booked it again for next year. Thank you Tina for a wonderful stay.

First class all the way!

We had a great stay at this amazing property! This home is spacious, immaculately clean, and had even MORE amenities than shown in the listing. Kayak trips reminded me of the "real" Florida, at peace in nature, including an up close encounter withy a family of otters... WOW! We have been using VRBO for several years and this was the most comfortable and enjoyable of all! We will be back!

Amazing house!

We had the pleasure to stay in this home for 4 days. The house was absolutely beautiful and had literally everything you could possibly think of. Fully stocked kitchen, to plenty of blankets and other items. The outdoor activities were great! Kept everyone busy and just having a great time. Docked our boat right out on the large dock and we caught fish the whole time out back. I could go on and on about this house… We will definitely be coming back here to stay again. Absolutely Beautiful!!! Had the BEST TIME!

Our Stay in Crystal River

My husband and I have worked extremely hard this past year and needed to just getaway. We took our two grandsons and stayed at this amazing property. This home is absolutely beautiful!! Communication with the owner and access to the property was easy. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks to explore the canal and the river. Then ended the night sitting around the fire pit enjoying s’mores. The home is pretty spacious! We definitely plan on coming back with more family to explore Three Sisters Springs which is only a few miles away. I definitely give this home with all the amenities 5 stars! I can’t wait to till our next stay.

Couldn’t have asked for any more!!!

We had a family of ten, and this 2500 sq ft. house was plenty roomy for all of us. The house was immaculate and included everything you could possibly want in the kitchen even including coffee and K-cups. All of us thought our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. We had a fire in the fire pit and made s-mores and made good use of the kayaks, life jackets and yard games….all great family fun!! Perfect place to stay if you are coming to swim with the manatees. We brought our small boat and docked it right there at the house. Tina, the host, had 10+++ communication and always responded right away to any questions we had.

Great spot for scalloping

Great spot. As advertised and well appointed with everything we needed for two families with 2 boats on a scalloping trip. The house is great for a group of kids with lots of entertainment options and sleeping space. Excellent communication from the host Tina as well. For boaters specifically the dock is excellent. We had a 21 and 26 ft center console and had space for a 3rd boat. Water and power at the dock, a boat launch 3 minutes down the road which wasn’t crazy busy even on a holiday weekend. Space to park two trailers. All huge positives for us. The only boating downside as a heads up to consider is there is a long idle to get to the main river. It wasn’t an issue for us because we were going out scalloping all day, but if you wanted to duck out for an hour or two to go grab lunch the idle would really add time to the trip.

Beautifully set up property

This house exceeded our expectations. Set up beautifully with MANY little add ons to make the stay comfortable. Host was prompt every time with answers and working hard to accommodate. We could not be happier; hoping to return soon
