Great hotel, great and helpful staff. Quiet location and still close to center (a 15’ walk takes you there and 5’ to the central market hall)

The stay was great!! We got the breakfast buffet which was well worth it - had a good range of options that could suit varying pallets! The lounge area was nice too, great little spot to unwind. The location was excellent! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see & plenty of restaurants near by. Staff was great! Polite, accommodating & a good sense of humor - any concerns we did have were addressed hastily! Room was clean & every day while we were out-it was tidied nicely! Spa was lovely- one of the hot pools was cold but we alerted someone and it was fixed the next day! Truly no complaints. We loved our stay

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

What a nice hotel!! Close to everything, beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast and staff were incredible. Would 100% stay here again!

The room was lovely and very large. The downfall was that the air conditioning was not turned on yet and the room was unbearably hot. We were provided a fan that helped. We opened the windows to cool the room down before sleeping, but we could not leave it open due to the extremely loud street noise. The bathroom is huge, but offers very little storage for shaving kits or personal hygiene products.
