Very nice hotel in the centre of Budapest and within easy distance of various attractions. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze.

given a occupied room on arrival had to get another room.invoice and room tax in wrong name.we had an early earlyflight breakfast was not even ordered even though paid was not given. still awaiting a refund.
