"Breakfast was good and plentiful, Bryan at the front desk had excellent service and answered every question we had. The pool offers great views and has a pretty sweet bar."

"The good: Nice big pool. Nice beach Great clean property Nice big room. We had a 4th floor room with 2 levels so it was spacious and great view of the countryside. Excellent staff. The bad: Food was terrible. We stopped going except for breakfast by the 2nd day. Breakfast thankfully had a fresh omelette, and the italian restaurant was decent. Otherwise we simply couldn't stomach the buffet. Very few choices which didn't change and badly cooked. Thats just not right when you are paying $200 extra a night and could so easily be much better. I felt sorry for the kids that were there as the options were non-existant. They had a beach grill where you could get a hamburger cooked fresh a few hours per day, otherwise the food there looked like it had been there for days and nobody was eating it. The bed was terrible. Old and hard. straight sheet for a bottom sheet so was crumpled up within an hour. Pillows were different sizes and makes but either lumpy or flat. A shame really as they could make this place top notch without much investment."

"Overall a very nice property but it could take things to the next level for the price. For example, my family of four was always only given 3 towels every day even when we consistently asked for 4. Dinner reservations were difficult to get and impossible for our larger friend group who met us there. Nightlife was a little lacking. There were activities but nothing that exciting. The sports bar shut down the audio on the night of the final four basketball games for a county music performer when everyone in the area just wanted to watch the games. Staff was overall friendly, but we’ve been to other resorts where it felt more genuine. Again, overall we can’t complain. We had a wonderful vacation. Just some minor things that stood out."

"Was clean. Staff was nice. Food on resort was fine at best. Room wasn’t ready at arrival and challenge Hard to get to as roads were under repair and had to take detours down Would recommend "

"Lovely room with comfy king bed. No fridge in room but got some ice from the bar. There is a restaurant on site. We had the included breakfast which was really good. Located in the middle of Tamarindo and Playa Conchal/ Playa Flamingo. The pool on ste was lovely and open all the time. Staff was friendly. "

"It’s has on premise parking for only 5 cars. And the street parking for the specific street was already full. We had to park the car on the street which 2 block away from the hotel (~600m away). "
