Pros: Nice spacious room, hot water, clean bedding and helpful staff. Check in was easy and check out was pretty good too, although you have to ring the doorbell for an early checkout (I nearly panicked because you can’t leave without someone opening the gate) Cons: you’re essentially locked in, if you’re near the road you’ll hear cars and minibikes and dogs barking all night. Also jets whizz by which is very loud. Breaky is good but don’t dare ask for coffee AND juice, pick one or you will be told absolutely NO. Wifi worked but was extremely temperamental.

El personal siempre fue atento y profesional, cuidan la experiencia del cliente, me sentí como en casa, súper recomendado, las vistas de las habitaciones son espectaculares

The room was clean. The rugs are quite stained. They do have a shuttle but it’s 40 q’s each. An uber would have been cheaper.

I forgot my cellphone in the taxi bringing us to the hotel and they took care of it all. Contacting the company and making sure I get it back: staff is very helpful We only stayed one night before taking our plane back home but we got room service and the food was delicious

Conveniente al mall, al que caminamos en el dia y tomamos Uber de regreso en la noche. El area es relativamente quieta y segura. El desayuno es ok. No es tipo buffet y el menú es algo limitado. Un problema que ocasionó reservaciones extra fue resuelto por un atento empleado en el front desk.
