"het Buyuk Sumela hotel**** is intussen 27 jaar ouyd, wel goed onderhouden, maar dat geldt niet voor alle kamers. Wij waren de enige gasten endaardoor was er maar een eenvoudig ontbijt. Daarom ook vind ik de prijs - kwaliteitsverhouding niet in balans (valt te duur uit voor het geboden comfort)"

"The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. The day was hot and when the AC didn't work, we called and they told us AC is centrally controlled and is not started until beginning of June. We opened...

"Viele dinge sind noch ausbaufähig, von der Klimaanlage müsste man den Filter wechseln, Tisch war mit sehr vielen Kratzern beschmückt, manche ecken im Bad waren nicht schön. Tür war Kaputt bzw. konnte man nicht richtig abschließen. Frühstück und Personal waren Top haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um einen zufrieden zu stellen ist ein ok Hotel 3/5* würde ich geben für einen kurzen Trip ist das in Ordnung"

Reception hours is non existence, room cleaning only once during our stay. Amenities are non-existent. - hard to get to location "
