"We absolutely loved our stay! The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and even better than we expected. The views are incredible, and we loved spending time by the pool and taking in the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy St. Martin.Our host was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive anytime we had a question or request and gave us some great local recommendations that really added to our trip. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.We had an amazing time and were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting St. Martin!"

"We stayed here for our honeymoon, Our stay at this beautiful hotel villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained. Everything was clean, peaceful, and inviting, which made the entire property feel like a true little paradise. Our room was just as impressive—spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully kept, and such a relaxing place to come back to after a day out. What really stood out to us was the level of care from the staff. You could truly tell that they cared about their guests and wanted everyone to have the best experience possible. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be back! Thinking of returning for our 1 year anniversary !!"

"My family and I travel to different countries and islands every year. This is by far the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. It all starts with the host. Jenny and her father Jean are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Don't hesitate to ask them for anything. The house is MAGNIFICENT. It's a beautiful large property the feels like a brand new construction on your own private compound. Everything seems brand new and luxurious all over the house. There's so much room for everyone. We loved using the pool and cooking on the grill. Plenty of great things to do in the area including a ferry to Yellow Beach. I can't say enough good things about these people and their home. If it's available for you, book it right now!"

"Beautiful place! The host was great and very easy to communicate with. Everything was just as pictured. Quiet location if that's what your looking for. The neighbors next door had 3 small dogs that barked constantly. Not sure if they live there or not otherwise everything was wonderful!"

"This was a wonderful place with good Wi-Fi in the room. The host was receptive to email communication.Ocean view was wonderful. The only draw back was the seaweed on the beach and that is no comment about the property. During summer months this is expected in this area of the island. Parking was a challenge at times."

"Overall, the property was as described and met our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and layout. We enjoyed our stay and found the home comfortable.However, the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we expected. Upon arrival, we found an opened bag of ice left in the freezer, an opened bag of peanuts in one of the kitchen cabinets, and a discarded takeout container left on the deck. There were also pool toys scattered throughout the property rather than being put away. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, but they gave the impression that the property had not been thoroughly checked or cleaned between guests.One other item that prospective guests should be aware of is the steep and somewhat challenging staircase leading up to the property. While it was manageable for us, it may be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. It would be helpful if the listing included more information and photos of the stairs so guests can better assess whether the property is a good fit for their needs.With a little more attention to detail from the cleaning team and greater transparency regarding the stairs, this would be an excellent rental experience."

"This was a lovely property. There were many steep hills and stairs to climb to our unit on the third floor, but we did have an ocean view which was lovely. Very breezy room was very clean. Alex was always accommodating answered any questions immediately!Winston works for Alex taking care of property. He picked us up from the airport brought us to the property where we had a rental car waiting for us. He was wonderful and when we left one week later, his wife picked us up and drove us back to the airport. The only negative thing I will say is the amount of surcasium on the beach! You really could not even get in the water. They were combing the beach day and night with excavators and dump trucks, but it was nearly impossible to get into the water to enjoy it no matter how far you went out even to your waist, you were surrounded by it.The pool was great very few people there. A recommendation would be that there was a bathroom facility even an outdoor bathroom since it’s a good eight minute long hike back to our room. Highly recommend!!"
