- The villa offers breathtaking 180 degree views of the ocean, Orient Bay beach, the small island of Caye Verte, Tintamarre and the beautiful island of Saint Barthelemy. But there will not be only the view that will seduce you. With its charm and authentic style, the villa is a true haven of peace.
Thought like a hideaway, the house offers plenty of relaxation areas, be it around its swimming pool with breathtaking panoramic sea views, or hidden in the middle of the tropical garden. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people easily.

LOCATION
The villa is located in the quiet and secure residence of Park View in Cul de Sac, a popular and charming area on the French side of Saint Martin. Overlooking Orient Bay Beach, the islands of Caye Verte, Tintamarre and St. Barth in the distance. A breathtaking view. The famous Pînel islet is 2 minutes by car. Grand Case and its restaurants is 5 minutes' drive away, as is the popular Orient Bay Beach.
Also close to all shops (<5 minutes by car: supermarkets, bakery, shopping ...).
