Postcard Cabins Mount Adams, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy
10/10 Excellent
"This is exactly how I like to "camp", especially in the summer. I stopped doing tent camping a couple years ago because the heat is so unpredictable in the Pacific Northwest. The postcard cabin had all the fun of camping, without the miserable parts. The sites are far a part and private. It was in the 90s during our visit and it didn't bother me one bit. We will definitely be back. There isn't Wifi or 5G service, but there is great Wifi down the road at the gas station if you really need it. Also download the directions/map before you go, because it will disappear about 30 minutes before you get there. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten lost on Mt. Adams because of this! Lovely area, beautiful, private cabins with everything you need!!"
"The hosts, Delain and Dana, were absolutely superb. Could not have been better! Everything was as advertised, and even better. For example, the off the grid power system worked flawlessly, there was even more aquatic equipment than expected, and the lake was easily accessible and fun! I would return here anytime!"
"Great spot! Remote and with great views of mt hood! Lots of amenities, games, entertainment, and great food at the restaurant ! Smores provided. Fire pits . Comfy seats to watch the sunset. The tents were perfectly sized and the beds were comfortable."
Casa Bruna creekside home in the heart of the Gorge
10/10 Excellent
"The listing is the downstairs unit of a two story building. There is convenient parking that offers same level access to the residence. The room itself is very nicely decorated. And there is a full sized kitchen stocked with all the necessary equipment to cook meals which is nice to have to save some money on eating out for an extended vacation. We absolutely loved the heated bathroom floor. It was really nice to step out if the shower onto that heated floor. The beds were also amazingly comfortable. It was like sleeping on a soft cloud. We even noted down the mattress brand so we could look into upgrading our own mattreses at home. There was an outside seating area that we didn't use but it was nice to have it available. And there is a small creek running right at the back of the property so you can enjoy the sound of the water if you're into that kind of thing. The available full laundry was nice. It was located just outside the residence in a converted shipping container. Which might sound strange but it actually was fine. But we were there when it was relatively cool so we can't say how hot it would get inside on hot sunny summer days. There was really only one small negative. That was that the hvac system was a mini split system that had 3 different head units - one in each bedroom and one in the livingroom. The units had to be manually switched between heat and ac each day and night and they all had to be individually synchronized to the same mode to work."
"If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!"
Unique Home in Willard, Wa. 40 acres, 50 feet from Little White Salmon River

"I couldn't have asked for more with our stay. Communication with Brent was easy and instructions were simple. It was a comfortable stay for 4 adults, perfectly serene, and the distance between us and town was incredibly peaceful."
Trout Lake Treehouse - A large, splendid, and private mountain home!
10/10 Excellent
"We came here to get married in Trout Lake. We rented the house for the bridal party to stay. It was a wonderful place for everyone and close to our wedding venue. We had the best time with all of the amenities of the house. Rob is a great host."
