"The bed was VERY comfy, i read that there was soundproofing but the room was not totally soundproof. Even though it was very low i could still hear people in the next room talking and Mr Stomp stomp Mcstomp upstairs. The staff was very kind but did input my email incorrectly which having said that, for some reason happens often with others. It would have been nice if kids weren’t allowed to jump in the outdoor hot tub and perhaps limited to the one inside with the pool. It was a nice property but is $$$$"

"This was our 4th or 5th time at this Best Western Plus. We had a great view from our window of the river, bridge and thunderstorm. Something changed since our last visit. The bed frames are painted black and stick out a couple of inches, at least, below the mattress. My shins are still sore from hitting the corners while going around the bed. Also, but not as painful, the curtains are so stiff that making them stay closed to shut out light is impossible. It’s too bad. The hotel is in a convenient location and is right on the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. Warning: don’t order the carrot cake!"

"There were no bath towels which I did not notice until the next morning. Towels were delivered on 2nd day while I was gone which I did not request until my return. Was given a towel and when I entered my room I saw they had already delivered 2 bath towels. I could hear the occupants next door from 1am until 330am. Walls are pretty thin as I could hear their conversation quite well. 2nd night was much better."

"The cabin is small, definitely too small for three adults. Basics were available. Staff member came by every day and was very helpful. The cabin first steps are difficult to get onto. The bed is difficult to get into, not made for the elderly."
