"Checked into two rooms. Side by side the desk attendant told us. Gave us keys to both rooms. We put our stuff down and left for dinner. Gone for one hour and came back and one of the room keys did not work. Went to the front desk and there was all this surprise. Apparently i was given a key to someone else’s room. The hour we were gone they checked someone else into it and removed all our belongings. We had to gather our belongings from them and get a new room and key. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. The breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold options, all of which were well-prepared. My room was spotless and fully stocked with fresh towels and essential amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Huge hotel-you might be waiting for a free elevator! We had a reunion the same weekend the hotel was hosting the FBLA… teenagers everywhere which wasn’t bad in itself, but the wait for elevators could get really long. Your room key only takes you to your room floor so maybe not the easiest situation for folks who are trying to catch up with each other and visit rooms. There was lots of seating in common areas so that was good. If you want to self park it’s a 5 minute walk away on the Truist parking deck. "
