"The staff are very rude they only put sheets on the beds to cover up when I asked for a blanket I was told they ran out and I put my towels n wash cloths out to b washed never got them back went to go get some was told they r short on towels n wash cloths they will find me some when they can. The room was very dirty it looked like it was never clean the heat and the heat n the air didn’t work n the room."

"Couch was blacklighted and filthy Breakfast was good but ladies put chairs in doorways so u couldn’t get coffee until 7 silly buck and a quarter for a room and should be able to have a coffee (there was a pot in the room, but no coffee or creamer, etc. to go with it. And parking was ridiculous. You couldn’t get in and go anywhere and they’re wondering enough spots for all the cars. "

"The staff is truly amazing and go above and beyond to help your trip go smoothly! We had taken a “red eye” from San Francisco to Atlanta and the young man working the desk helped us check in early and what a blessing he was! It’s an older facility, but very clean and welcoming. Our only constructive criticism was both queen beds squeaked due to we think metal frames. We reported this at check out and they were going to have them repaired. Without hesitation we’d recommend this lovely hotel! "

"This stay was fantastic. Rooms were pristine and the bathroom was even better! Breakfast was done well. I left my AirPods (white case on white bedspread) so I didn’t see them but I used the chat function in the app when I was halfway home from Atlanta and they found them and they are going to mail them home to me! Staff warm and friendly!"
