"The hotel Was a little tricky to get to but overall good location. Staff and amenities were good. I appreciated the breakfast , I would consider it above average. The only downside was the room was small."

"Pool was closed and it never advertised this on the site. So my granddaughterw and daughter went to swim super excited. Yeah nope with no insight. I would've gotten a different room would've been closer and had an open pool. "

"Originally I was put in a room that haven't been remodeled since the 80s. The room was on the third floor and it was horrible. My sister had a room on the fourth floor which was worst than my room. Once I complained, I was moved the next day to the 11th floor where the rooms are being renovated. Those rooms were alot better. Also the customer service representative at the front desk was rude, I believe her name was Sabina or something. She was a middle aged W/F. If you stay at this hotel be sure to ask for a renovated room. The pictures on the website are deceiving."

"This property is not up-to-date. I selected certain amenities during my search, only to find out that they are not available at this location. The water was not getting hot, and the iron barely worked. The pool was inoperable, and the breakfast was gone before the time was up. "
