"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. Also a ton of ants in and around bathroom. Tissue box full of them.
Breakfast which was included was poor. Very old looking tomato and cucumber slices and tbh v little...
"Great place to spend some time and go for the cities nearby (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Ragusa, Modica) as well as for tastings at wineries (e.g. Gulfi).
The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt).
The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. It is being cleaned every day and invites to relax.
The rooms are very clean and modern.
Natalia and Pavel are great hosts, helpful and friendly."

"This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. "Although it wasn't the easiest finding this hotel outside of the limited zone area, otherwise, the stay was perfection. The room was lovely and the staff was friendly and professional. "We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price. "

"We had a lovely stay at Riccardo’s place. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The outside seating area was great and the nearby beach was really lovely. You do need a car if staying here as the nearest shops are a short drive away. We had great visits to Siracusa and Etna and we all also enjoyed visiting the Etnaland theme park and water park. Would recommend this accommodation for visiting this area. "
"What an excellent three days! Nestled in a picturesque country setting surrounded by olive trees, the hotel exudes refined Sicilian elegance with a modern twist. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were large and elegant, reflecting the hotel's atmosphere. The pools a definite 10 out of 10. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional. The food is a celebration of Sicilian culinary traditions, full of flavour, and made with fresh local ingredients. The landscape around the property was postcard-perfect, with breathtaking panoramic views and amazing sunsets.
