About this property

Luxury Bed and Breakfast cottage set within the gardens of Maspie House.

  • The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people at a time. With its own entrance and gate you can come and go as you please. A continental breakfast will be delivered to you at a time you request.

    The 17th century cottage overlooks the orchards of Falkland Palace. A tumble-down ruin for many years, it has undergone a complete rebuild and is transformed into elegant B&B accommodation. Many original features of the old cottage are retained on the outside, whilst on the inside, guests can relax in a modern, warm and welcoming retreat with sitting room, two twin bedrooms and shower room.
