Wonderful stay at Lenscape. As soon as you walk in you receive five star treatment. Stunning pool, jacuzzi, views, classy touches and great breakfast too. I was double charged at the property and they refused to refund the second charge, 600 euro. (Yes, I mistakenly booked twice, but alerted Eurostars as soon as I knew.) The hotel was full, so they could not have honored my duplicate reservation. Do I need my 600 euro, yes! Does a giant company like Eurostars need my 600 euros? Not really! Book away to a company that will treat you fairly.
