Very nice Host, good value for money, quiet area. However, elderly people should consider that all rooms are on the first floor, and when you want to take a shower, you have to climb over the high rim of a bathtub, which was difficult and painful for me. The sockets are all old Italian style: make sure you have adapters if you want to charge your mobile and other devices. All n all, I had a good night’s sleep without mosquitoes 👍

Great bnb for our purpose

The host was very nice and accommodating even though he only spoke english. The place is nice and comfortable for our purpose of staying around that area and the host made us breakfast the following morning. Thank you very much for your hospitality Marco :)

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Mantova, ho soggiornato una notte in occasione di un concerto , quasi tutto ok, ottima l’accoglienza e location veramente carina, seppur generalmente evito i bagni condivisi devo dire che trattandosi di un piccolo b&b con solo un paio di stanze non c’è stato alcun disagio, unica segnalazione chiederei al proprietario di cambiare la tenda della doccia in quanto presenta delle muffe
