"Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle . I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. "

"This was a nice little apartment, great location and good kitchen, living area and bedrooms. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great in terms of cleanliness. This is tricky as parts of it where great and kitchen was immaculate! I think with some attention to bedding and towels and bathroom would make the world of difference but also...

"This was a perfect basecamp for all the activities and sights in the area. We chose this location primarily for it's proximity to the Royal Portrush GC. It was a beautiful and mere 25 min. car ride to the GC, not to mention close proximity to other popular attractions such as the Dunluce Castle, Giants' Causeway, and rope bridge.The views from the "pods" are amazing and very serene. "Instructions were super clear, and the house was amazing!"

"This is a perfect holiday apartment for two. We were able to have breakfast with a view of the sea and Rathlin Island. Catherine had been a fantastic host and provided a perfectly equipped, clean apartment in walking distance from Ballycastle (beach, port & center). Everything was perfectly organized and we were having a great stay. We felt at home from day one. There are plenty of things to explore nearby."

"There were good and not so good issues here. Negotiating our arrival was a challenge with a very stiff (& not obvious) gate catch then steep narrow concrete steps.Hot water had issues! And there was not much of a seaview from this so called Seaview Apartment! No instructions on how to work the oven/hob, the microwave or washing machine. The bathroom was damp & showing mould on the walls & with a window that wouldn't close! The bed was comfortable. The only way to get hot water to the sinks was...

"My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in Ballycastle as this town has everything you could need and more! This property was in a great location just a few minutes walking distance away from everything. Property was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we could need! Would definitely stay again!"

"Exactly as expected cosy and quirky"

"Has everything needed to sustain two people who needed a place to rest and recoup from travel. We slept very deeply as the bedroom has no window. The proximity to Ballycastle’s main street made it easy and fun to pop out to grab whatever your heart desires. Although we didn’t eat in at all while we were there, the apartment has everything needed for a romantic night in as well. "

"We had a minor change in plans, but Chris and Julie made it easy to pivot and we had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the garden is lovely, and offered the opportunity to watch several lovely birds new to us. The home is an easy walk to the beach with a Spar nearby for last-minute or forgotten grocery items. I would love to stay here again. "

The Bushmills Inn

"We had a lovely stay at the Bushmills Inn during our vacation. The staff was very professional and kind. The room was great - loved the loft! Super close and convenient to the Bushmills Distillery and Giants Causeway We ate dinner and breakfast at the Inn. My ribeye was overdone and the waitstaff never checked on us to see if the meal was OK - that’s my only negative comment. The Inn also did not offer to remedy the situation (make a new steak, etc). Otherwise, the food was excellent. The croissants are probably the best I’ve had outside of Paris! We did not have desert but our daughter previously visited the Inn and said our future son on law’s favorite dessert is now the Bushmills sticky toffee pudding. "
