We only had two small issues, and the owner addressed both quickly and professionally - his communication was excellent throughout. The inside of the home was clean, neat, and well-maintained. This property is a duplex; the rental is on the left side, and a permanent tenant occupies the right. The back porch and yard are shared spaces. The layout is a shotgun style - you enter through the living room, then pass through...

"Overall the stay was amazing, the only problem we had was the parking situation. It was difficult for us to want to travel or leave by car to explore new Orleans when we didn't know if we were gonna have parking on the way back. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy perhaps due to the construction going on at the moment. The house overall was clean and beautiful inside though. Also side note there was a cat (assuming it was the neighbors) that was super friendly. We named him meatball."
