Completely renovated historic cottage right off Magazine Street in the heart of the Lower Garden District awaits you! Steps to some of the best bars, restaurants, and shops in the city, our cottage gives you that great neighborhood vibe while still being just a stone's throw from all the action downtown. We pride ourselves on the quality of our property and live right around the corner and are always ready to assist with any issues as they arise.

Once you enter our renovated cottage, you'll feel right at home! This cottage has an inviting living room with a sleeper sofa, two chairs, television (with Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV, etc!) and leads directly into our dine in kitchen with all new appliances and everything you could need to make yourself right at home.

You'll have the whole house. Its free standing so no shared tenants or anything like that.

Great home base for NOLA adventures

This was a great home to stay in for our week in NOLA. Our stay was a mix of business and fun and we appreciated the comfortable beds and location.

Very comfortable house in a great location. Easy access, with door code supplied before entry time. Near trolley & bus. Short walk down Magazine St to St Vincent Hotel for lovely drinks and to Mojo Coffee for excellent boudin burritos and lattes! Nearest store for milk and snacks etc was a 15 minute walk. Had a great stay.

Short Stop in New Orleans

pictures and description on web site were accurate nice place, was bigger inside then we expected big kitchen and bathroom, the basic supplies were provided the towels were really nice parking was on the street, luckily we got to park right in front of unit location is right off Magazine Street southwest direction was a 5 to 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants on Magazine street though two restaurants Fat Boys Pantry and Birdy's were literally a 1 minute walk away the other direction was a 10 walk to WW2 museum, a little bit further walk to the Super Dome would be a good place to stay for a Saints Game loved the check out message that said don't pick up a thing that's why you pay a cleaning fee for we would stay again on our next New Orleans trip
