Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad vom Strand entfernt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Döse. Ein Spielplatz ist direkt gegenüber und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Das Haus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt an den ein oder anderen Stellen einen neuen Anstrich und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen sowie ein wenig Liebe in der Gestaltung der Deko und Ausstattung (viel nicht schöner Schnick Schnack).Wir hatten dennoch mit unserer 15 Monate alten Tochter einen wunderschönen Urlaub und waren die ganze Zeit bestens durch die Ferienhausvermietung betreut. Sollten wir nochmal an der Nordsee Urlaub machen, würden wir uns auch wieder in der kleinen Perle einmieten.

Schönes Haus mit Garten in toller Lage

Das Haus mit dem großen Garten, schöner Terrasse in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in der nur Einfamilienhäuser stehen hat uns bestens gefallen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand von Döse. Aldi und ein guter Bäcker in ca. 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind auch in die Innenstadt Cuxhavens zu Fuß gegangen, es gibt aber auch eine Buslinie ganz in der Nähe die auch nach Duhnen fährt. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an das nette, sehr hilfreiche Team der Vermittlung Gerken.
