Comfortable stay for an unexpected, last minute night in Belize. Property was clean, food was great at the restaurant and the service at check in and the restaurant was great!

I found Kelsie at the front desk to be unresponsive and disrespectful. I tried to arrange a shuttle a day before my arrival, but multiple emails went unanswered. When I later expressed my frustration about the lack of communication, the hotel did not respond. As a result, I ended up having to walk from the water taxi to the hotel with my luggage. Based on my experience with Kelsie and the lack of customer service, I would not stay here again. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better communication and treatment from the staff.
