"This is a beautiful resort. However, they will get you. If the room rate wasn’t enough, the charge $30 per day parking. Outrageous!! Head across the street to The Lighthouse, it is a much better value."

"Beautiful hotel. Tigress Restaurant was really tasty! Had evening beverages on a couple nights at the 7th floor open-air bar. Delightful. Everything is new, staff was very helpful. I didn't know the TV system and couldn't get channels. Mentioned it to the desk staff at 9:30 PM. While I was in the library area reading, the TV was "fixed" with ESPN waiting for me when I returned at 10 PM. All employees were super cordial. Had a great drink from the main pool area's bar while getting some sun. Enjoyed a morning coffee under the large umbrella in the dock area. Room was very clean, balcony was nice - 3rd floor, west end, overlooking the pool. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in the fall for another visit (mom moved to Estero)."

"It was difficult to get needed toiletries and such from house keeping. Took hours or even a day to get clean towels, etc. Beach chair and umbrella rentals did not lower rental cost if purchasing a chair later in the day. We did not accommodate in that matter."
