"Clean rooms, good staff "

"This is a duplex unit not a single family unit. There is no access to the thermostat,ie no control of temperature. The kitchen window would not open. Most window screens were not fitted properly to exclude insects. The camers survaliance in the shared laundry room, exterior, and who knows where else, leaves me wondering about the owners.The exterior photos are misleading at best, probably photo shopped to hide the terrible condition of the yard and the trashy neighorhood conditions. Construction debris, 2 x 4s, plywood, broken concrete, general trash including yard waste, garbage and no yard maintance. The knee high weeds were cut once, 4 weeks into our stay. Kitchen was poorly equiped, no toaster, 2 teaspoons, no can opener, broken ice maker without any water having ever been hooked up. Bathroom gfci plug cover was taped to the mirror and fell off while I was there. Obviously not code complianant. I was literally appaled that someone would rent such a disaster."

"There are actually 2 units there. That was not clear to us. Thus there is only parking for one in the driveway and one unit has to park in the lawn. Living room tv did not operate with given password. Bedroom tv did not require password. Overall good value for money and many new amenities. Neighborhood was fairly quiet."

"Great location for visiting family in the area. Plenty of room for everyone and a nice game room."

"The pool was very enjoyable, however on Saturday I was asked to add four hours of water, which we did. No one ever came to add any chemicals and by the next week when we left, the pool was dirty. The host was excellent to work with. We were there for four weeks, there were not enough supplies for that length. Overall it was a great stay. Great place for a BIG family get together The house is very big and clean. would defiantly recommend this place "

"The house was exactly what we hoped for; tastefully decorated, quiet neighborhood. The only surprise we encountered was other tenants living in our garage. When they had electrical problems it became our problem too as the circuit breakers were in our house. They didn’t speak English and neither did the electrician. It kinda pulled us into a situation we would never had excepted. Other than that, or stay was wonderful."

"Even being an older house (i love older homes) it is very nice and cozy. The pool was fantastic (salt water) loved the pool. Location was great. Not in the middle of nowhere, and not far from anything. I dont like walking in and finding a running camera in the living room that points across the entire interior of the home except for private areas. It's just weird and unnecessary. Staying for a week and not knowing there is no washer and dryer to use is not fun. The last thing i want to do on vacation is go to a laundry mat. The ad specifically said only exterior cameras that pointed away and didnt run but they were on. And it said dishwasher. There was no dishwasher. No garage use. When i rent a home to feel at home while on vacation. I like to get the home. Not a home minus extra and only find out when i arrive for vaca. I don't like rule books that say different than the agreement on the website. That is not an agreement. "

"This home is very nice and decorated with taste however when we arrived the pool was not working and was not repaired until the following Friday leaving us unable to use the pool for a week and then was not treated with pool chemicals until the following Wednesday by property management and we were leaving the upcoming Saturday. During our stay, we encountered numerous roaches. Even though we sprayed daily several times we could not get rid of them. They were everywhere but mostly in the kitchen. Had to check clothes, suitcases, etc so we didn’t carry any home with us! A lot of work to sanitize every time you had a meal etc. otherwise a lovely home. "
