Everything in easy reach, airport bus stops at the end of the road, around a 2minute walk. Castle, Old Town and Jewish quarter all within easy walking distance. Lovely quiet apartment block, we were on the first floor and our apartment wasn't facing that main road, so minimal noise. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. The apartment was tidy and well appointed, although it could do with cleaning to a higher standard as there was Limescale built up on taps, the back and underside of the toilet seat needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, along with the toilet brush and holder. There was also a very strong smell of sewage under the kitchen sink. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, the foam mattress was all of about 10cm thick and the pillows were more cushions, one smaller than the other, the duvet was also super thin and consisted of 2 x singles. Despite the few negatives, this apartment is excellent value for money, in a great location, not far from the main attractions. I enjoyed my stay at Apartmenty Amber as a solo traveller. The location was very good, 20 mins walk to the old town centre and just around the corner from a food court called Okrąglak where there are a lot of takeaway options. The apartment was up four flights of stairs which could be difficult for unfit people. Checking in and out was very easy because I just messaged the operator on WhatsApp and they sent me a pdf and walkthrough video showing how to access the property, entrance codes etc. I didn't see any members of staff, it was all remote, so you have to tell them in advance when you are arriving. The apartment was small and basic but clean and well presented. There are signs everywhere saying you have to be quiet so it's no good for people hoping to have a party. There is a TV but it is not smart and the WiFi works well. I will say only one thing that wasn't great was that there is only one radiator and it struggled to heat the room up in November evenings. I wasn't cold, but colder than I would've liked to have been.

A lovely stay, the room was very nice and Krakow was beautiful.

Rooms were clean and fitted well, the staff were polite and attentive to needs, ensuring even if room service was declined that clean towels and teas & coffee were still topped up. Staff offered to hold bags on check out before flight, great location to the Market Square and other conveniences, bus and tram stops on door step as well as local convenience shops for any snacks and other items
