"Spotless room with the most comfy bed and an excellent shower — a perfect stay. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, with great vibes and service. Central, quiet, and welcoming — I’d happily stay here again in Prague"

"Wonderful stay as usual! What stood out most were the amenities; the executive lounge, spa, gym, pool, and sauna were all immaculate and extremely well maintained.
I stayed during New Year’s Eve, and despite the hotel being extremely busy, the staff continued to deliver a high level of customer service. Extra kudos to the team for managing guests from all over the world with professionalism and warmth.
My only critique was during check-in: the young lady assisting me seemed confused by my ID also being a driver’s license. Some additional training on international identification and document differences could be helpful.
Overall, another excellent stay, and I look forward to returning."
"The location was great with the Metro and bus stops within walking distance. Check in and check out was seamless. The room was spacious with lots of place to move around. Bathroom was clean. Will definnitely consider staying here again."
