We had such a lovely one night stay after a very long 24hr travel day. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spotless. It is in a great location to walk and experience and intro to Vietnam. We easily found banks, restaurants and matcha 😁 The breakfast buffet was sooo outstanding and the pool and rooftop bar was perfect. There is a great view of the dragon bridge from the rooftop bar. The staff are what I remember most about this hotel. While I loved the roof pool, the affordable and spacious quiet room, and the breakfasts, most of all, I appreciated the staff who said hi with a smile each time I met them, who asked about my day, who went out of their way to order taxis or give me directions or just chat about life. Locations is pretty convenient, staff were excellent and addressed any concerns quickly and completely. We booked three rooms and one sink developed a leak...it was fixed within 10 minutes. Pool area is really nice in the evening. Breakfast buffet was big enough for everyone to leave full. Amenities and housekeeping were on point. No complaints. This was a great stay. The king bed we had...must have been supersized...it was two 44" beds together.
