Great family room size with plenty of space to be comfortable. The staff were amazing — friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The only downside was that other guests were smoking in their rooms, and the smell came into our room daily, which was unpleasant. Overall a good stay, but better enforcement of the no-smoking policy would really improve the experience.

When I entered the room, it was damp and smelled. From the next day onwards, it was ventilated and comfortable. Even though we were staying with 4 people, we only had bath towels for 3 people, so it was a struggle. There were no other problems
