"Clean, but otherwise very disappointing. Beds were very hard. Extremely under equipped unit. Very glad we didn’t plan on cooking. Lack of things was an issue for the rest of the unit as well: no soap, shampoo, hand towels, bath mat, paper towels, etc. Only one key available for 5 people. Parking advertised but not actually available. 4th place we stayed in on our trip and all others delivered what was lacking here. Should certainly not be labeled a 3 star location."

"The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "

"Extremely thought through hotel. The room was like a small apartment with a small kitchen. Very friendly staff. Nice size gym. Good breakfast (there were doughnuts), Huge lounge with a biljard table. Lovely roof terrace where you could bring your own food and drink. It looked like they were building a bar. Convenience store right next door. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. A 30 minute walk to the city center. Would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Budapest. "
