I had a very pleasant 4-night stay at the Kozmo Hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the bathroom with its smart design and good lighting. Breakfast offered a good selection to start the day well, and Benjamin from the breakfast team made it even nicer. The coffee machine can be slow at peak times, so a bean-to-cup machine might improve the experience, and including breakfast in the room rate could make the stay more convenient. 

 Zoltán at the concierge desk was calm, helpful, and professional, and the entire team contributed to a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area with convenient access to public transport, and the welcome vouchers were a thoughtful touch. Overall, it’s clean, well-run, and I would gladly return.

I had a wonderful experience at Kozmo Hotel Budapest. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was beautiful and well organized. I truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
