We stayed at Kozmo for 3 nights while visiting the beautiful city of Budapest. It is a 5 star hotel in every sense but ultimately service is paramount. All staff were warm, friendly, personable and always helpful. The suite was immaculate, the food excellent and the gym well maintained with updated equipment. It was perfect and one really can’t improve on that.

This was one of the most incredible vacations of my life. Me and my wife had our honeymoon in Budapest and The Kozmo was where it started and ended. Every day we were in comfort and luxury. Amazing hotel and cannot wait to go back.

Our stay at Kozmo was truly wonderful! The hotel is beautiful with a very peaceful atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely bathtub. The staff is professional and attentive to all needs, both at the desk and in The Bistro. The area around the hotel is quiet, with a short Uber/Bolt ride away from most of the main sites, or a leisurely walk. We would definitely stay here again if in Budapest.

It is a lovely hotel. An old building renovated in a modern decor. The staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are larger than usual. It is a little bit out of the way from the tourist attractions but not too far that you cannot walk to them. The restaurant is also first class. I would recommend it to all.

After a disappointing experience at a nearby hotel, we quickly changed plans and moved to Kozmo Luxury Hotel Budapest—and it was the best decision. Dora made check-in easy, welcomed us warmly, and helped us get a great room upgrade. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and spotless, and the staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Highly recommend Kozmo for anyone visiting Budapest!

The hotel is beautifully designed, with a clean, modern aesthetic. Rooms are large and very quiet. The property is located a bit outside of the touristic areas, so it’s a solid 45 minute walk to St. Stephen’s, the river, etc., and we walked like crazy. Uber is easy to secure if you don’t like walking that much. Overall, a nice property if the location works for you.

The property in the center of the city where in beggining was hard to find but once you get there with the car the friendly staff help park the car for some fee. The room which was booked was nice, divided in 2 areas shower and a closet, and a night one. The restaurant was simple and the food options was good taste. The location was in the city center where was easy to get anywhere you wish to go.
