We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much.

the area was nice overall.. a little too quiet at night (i was a lone woman walking and there were some scary homeless people). i did like the room.. it was very clean! the people at the front desk were quite angry and cold though

Requested early check in weeks before arrival. Got to hotel day of arrival and said the couldn’t accommodate. We were there for 7 days. No sheet changes, no trash removal & no towel service even though we requested twice.
