We had amazing room with private pool view to the sea it was heaven room number 614 !!! This hotel has amazing location and fantastic view all over, only 25 min from airport, great service and staff, pools for adullts only and pools with the kids, SPA, inside pool, tennis court, be ready to walk in the resort/or you call the reception adn they come in a minute to pick you up since its very large and on top on the hill. Fantastic Stay!!! Thank YOU!!!

Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience.

The pools and the cove were absolutely amazing and that’s where the good times end.. the food is terrible and expensive if you don’t purchase the all inclusive option. Our room was the most disappointing! The pictures ARE not what you get, the room layouts are extremely weird, rooms connected to each other with no way to get to each room or to get to a bathroom or kitchenette but to go through one of the main bedroom, this was extremely inconvenient with zero privacy. The staff was friendly but not very helpful and despite multiple complaints and requests simple things like asking for fresh towels or for the room to be properly cleaned took 3-4 phone calls.. I likely would not stay here again, only a five star property on the outside or in photos but not in person!

Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management.
