"We stayed overnight and had a pleasant experience. Gentlemen at the front desk was friendly and kind. Room was modern and somewhat clean. The floor was clearly not washed and I did pull out 2 hairs out of my bedding but I can’t complain as the location was perfect and there was not a lot of options in the Stanford/orlando airport area. I would definitely come back! "

"I would give this a zero star if I could, the only positive thing I can think of is the Kind young man at the desk, he kindly helped us to get a refund even after checking in. Hallways are absolutely filthy and crowded with folks hanging out on the floor by their rooms. Elevator filthy, smells were overwhelming and it was loud! When we entered our room, we got hit with an extremely strong smell of MOLD. We couldn’t stay longer than a few minutes, walls has streaks of brown and white, bathrooms dirty. Like I’ve mentioned earlier, thankfully the young men at the desk without hesitation got us a refund fast. Definitely DO NOT recommend! "

"Great location. Tons of places to eat around. Very quiet, clean property. Easy to get in and out convenient location. Great free breakfast big rooms comfortable beds bathrooms are plenty big. Would stay there again for sure."

"This hotel did not feel like a typical Westin experience. The pool was small and very basic, lacking the upscale atmosphere you would expect. The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming, it felt more like a standard Holiday Inn offering rather than something premium. Another major downside was the absence of a spa. For a brand like Westin, I expected at least the option to get a massage or enjoy wellness amenities. The only highlight of our stay was the service. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout, which I truly appreciated. Overall, while the service was great, the facilities and amenities fell short of expectations for this brand."
