"Building is run down and dirty. Our non smoking room had cigarette holes in the pullout mattress as well as pee stains on the couch. Carpet smells musty & there was black mold in the shower & toilet. Two stars is an OVERSTATEMENT. Wouldn’t pay $25 to stay the night here."

"We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. I noticed that there was no sign of an engineer nor the next 2 days of our stay - Bad management. There was no water/coffee available after breakfast had finished. Very disappointing for a quality hotel. On the bright side our room was excellent. I advised the receptionist that 8 weeks previous i had had a knee replacemdent "

"There was no hot water to take a shower on the morning. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room."

"The room was disgusting just say the least. Floors had obviously not been cleaned, nor the bed covering which also contained larva eggs. The man at the front counter acted like he was doing me a favor by renting me a room, and there was no customer service. The bathroom sink faucet was totally disassembled so you had to move it into position in order to make it work. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!"
