"We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was a tad bit hard to find but overall it’s a nice and quiet area for you to get away from the city. "

"I have stayed many places all over the country/world.. this was the most detailed rental I’ve experienced. And clean! And of course beautiful but that’s obvious. Kim and Yuri have thought of everything and my daughter (2) had such a good time. It’s a different reality waking up on that property with those beautiful animals roaming (I promise you have seen nothing like those longhorns) . The hosts obviously spent time curating the space and experience and it shows. I cannot wait to come back (I’ve actually never considered staying in the same place twice till this one). It’s perfect to go to the aquarium ( about a 20 min drive) and we even booked an extra day to stay in because it was pouring rain and watched movies! Also, can’t wait to try the things we bought from their market. Talk about literally Farm to Table. "

"Loved our stay! It has a fenced in yard and my dogs loved it. It was clean and cute. It is in the main road so there is traffic noise, this didn’t bother us though because we live on a main busy road so it was fine. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming house in Preston, CT! From the moment we arrived, everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The backyard was equally great: spacious, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. However, the furniture around the fire pit needs an upgrade. The neighborhood itself was quiet and welcoming, making it easy to unwind while still being close to everything. Preston is such a lovely area, with a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Mystic, CT—a vibrant nearby town filled with great restaurants, shops, and of course, the famous Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. The location also made it easy to explore local vineyards and scenic drives throughout the region.A special thank you to our host, Paula, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Communication was outstanding — Paula was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions quickly and thoroughly. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local activities, including some excellent vineyards. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Connecticut!"
