That I could have my dog with loved that part but the in room toilet is very weak room was clean and good place to lay ur head and it was quiet but what didn't make sense was how the front desk clerk didn't know what a plunger was

January 20 at 5 AM we lost hot water and didn’t have water the remaining of the night went to the front office receptionist. Got switched rooms and still no hot water apparently we were the only ones complaining. The front counter lady was very rude. We called several times. She didn’t answer as well as hanging up in our face without answering the phone, she didn’t wanna let us speak to a manager. She didn’t wanna comp a free night of a room. She didn’t wanna give me a refund That was the worst day possible to not have hot water all day and not able to take a bath other than that, it’s quiet not a whole lot of movement or action going on over there they could use better beds. They could use better faucets they can use better sealant For the doors and windows for the heat to stay in. 1.3

The room was lackluster. Had more of a motel feel than hotel. Walls were thin, could hear the TV from the adjoining room all day and night along with the myriad children they had in there awake at all hours. Bathroom did not dry quickly, could do with a fan. Room felt cramped for two people but you get what you pay for I suppose. Air conditioner had bugs in it. Smells from adjoining room also permeated the walls and door. The staff were courteous at the very least.

The rooms were always clean. The staff was nice except the lady on Sunday she was in her own world. Was trying to rebook our room and she wasn’t paying attention to what I was telling her because she was paying attention to what was going on around her. But the stay and everything was nice.

I loved almost everything about this property. The location convenient to the airport, the well-appointed room, and the free shuttle to and from the airport. They also offered very reasonable long-term parking while I was away. My only issue was that the literature in my room advertised a free continental breakfast that started at 6:00 am, and I confirmed this time with the front desk, yet the employee who showed up at 6:15 didn’t seem to be aware of this, nor was she able to explain anything. She was only able to repeat,”seven o’clock,” over and over again. I ended up leaving without breakfast and had to buy some food on the road.

For a low priced motel by the airport, this place was a delightful surprise. Very high tech. Maybe I'm getting old or am just from the sticks, but it felt like I was in the future.
