Very dirty and smelly. Burns in bedding, holes in walls, dirty underwear that previous people left in the drawer. The smell was unbelievable.. on a bright spot. The manager was very nice.

No breakfast and no working water fountain robbed this location of a star. Cleaning lady was helpful and nice though!

I did my reservation 4 days before and they charged me for 2 nights and canceled my room when I was in the property. I lost my money and my room for my weekend. I traveled from Minneapolis Minnesota to Denton Texas. Jus not recommended for your stay at this property. Very disappointed 😡😡😡

I was a little disappointed with my stay. The hotel was not as advertised. The hotel was older and the restrooms were not updated and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes/cannibas as you walked through the hallways. But the worst part is that breakfast is something that is advertised on the hotel highlights, but there was a sign that clearly stated breakfast was no longer served??? They are clearly misrepresenting themselves and this seems to be a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that they don’t! That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I hope this is something that Hotels.com corrects and ensures that the location is falsely advertising something that they don’t provide. One positive thing was the staff upfront… very helpful and courteous. That’s about the only positive thing.
