Easy check-in. Convenient location if you’re going to the mall in Grapevine and Meow Wolf. Slightly dated hotel. Booked a room to sleep five and both of the beds in the room were only doubles, but it did have a nice separate seating area with a pullout couch. Breakfast was very nice and was included. Just FYI parking is separate and you will have to pay for that on top of the room. Also, there wasn’t a ton of spots for parking.

We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The rooms offer nice space for families. The rooms/bathroom did not seem overly clean. There were black smudges on the mirror in the bathroom and it looked like the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The shower was yellow. It does look a little dated as well. We were charged over double for parking when staying for only one night.

We have stayed here many times. This hotel has great service it’s just getting shop worn. The back lobby bathroom towel dispensers were either broke or empty. Just a symptom of lack of maintenance upkeep. The main lobby noise can be a problem at night. The breakfast is always very good.

The room was very clean. I noticed only two problems in my room. A towel hanger pulled loose from the wall and the bathroom sink plug wouldn't close. They had them fixed within 35 minutes. Unlike a different motel I stayed at a few weeks ago. You know, I just realized that motel never sent me a review request. Hmmm. The staff was helpful answering most of my questions when I asked. My stay was very pleasant though I did spend most of my time in town elsewhere.

I love the lobby/ dining area. The room was clean enough, but could use a deep clean. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool looked clean and inviting but we heard a horror story from someone who used it the night before so we opted to skip it. We also enjoyed the proximity to the mall. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Clean room. Nice staff. The only thing that wasn’t convenient is the toilet. The toilet makes loud noises after using…appears the water continue to rise. At one point the water continue rising and flooded the room. We requested to move to a different room and the staff were very nice about this. The maintenance guy was wonderful! The second room toilet was also slow. Drainage for shower was slower too but no flooding.

We had the enjoyment in Grapevine, TX. The Embassy Suite was so convenient and comfortable. We had a room with a view and a balcony. We were able to watch fireworks in many directions . Happy hour drinks and snacks were served right on time and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was accommodating when we needed sheets and towels. We will definitely be back.

Check in is 4pm, but our room was not ready until 4:40. On top of that our room was soooo hot, they had to bring in two box fans to try and cool it off but that did nothing. Breakfast was good, pool smelled sooo strong of chlorine, I didn’t even want to get in. Room was clean, lobby was clean.
