Excellent except for static-filled bedding
Everything was great except for bedding. It produced a bunch of static and the sheets clung to me. I had to take everything off and just use the cover which had some static but was tolerable

Nice room, awful towels
The hotel is nice. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed as well as I would have liked. The breakfast was really good. The bed is super comfortable. My only complaint was the towels were so rough that I felt like I was exfoliating myself just to dry off. I hated the towels.

The staff was pleasant. The area was sketchy and the rooms did not match the pictures online, so I was kind of shocked when I arrived. Over all for the price, it's what you expect

This was one of the best hotels I've been in and I travel alot. It was very nice and clean the rep as the service desk was very nice and friendly even when i asked house keeping for extra towels she didnt speak English bit she immediately went and found one that did and was able to help with my request the breakfast was Great!!! Parking was available I cant say one negative thing about this hotel. I WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN WHEN I TRAVEL I HAVE VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF THESE HOTELS NOW!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL!!!!

After 400 stays at Hilton properties worldwide, I would have to say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! From the initial call with Paris to the extra effort by Sr. Reyes to help me out, the stay was EXCELLENT! Great Pool! I highly recommend Home2Suites in Addison!
