"Just to you know why I said excellent is because, I have mobility problems. The staff bent over backwards to help me with any request I gave the staff. They got my luggage, handicap equipment, medicine bag and additional walker up to room and back to my when leaving. I was going to a rock concert and the management got me an Uber to get to and pick me up to go back to the Hotel. I did room service once and the delivery to me was good and the food was good. I ate in the hotel restaurant, Hamilton and the organization was a little difficult. I got seated ok, but after the water glass was delivered to my table, I to ask to order. They seem to forgot I hadn't order. Then I sat a little bit of time and had to request that I wanted my ice tea. Once again I was just sitting there with water. Now positive note is the food was delicious and the portion was large. Did I leave a tip, yes I did. Once again thank-you hotel management for all you gave me to make me happy hotel guest. I recommend the Lozano Hotel, because of the employees!"
