Newly remodeled home near Historic downtown

Recently renovated home with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open Floor plan living/dining/kitchen area with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, wall mount pot filler, oven and microwave. Outside patio with propane grill, large table and Solo Stove fire pit and chairs.
We are about 1 mile to Downtown Historic McKinney with lots of restaurants and shops. We are less than 1/2 mile to famous Hutchins BBQ!

Full access to the entire house and the back yard area. Garage is not accessible for guests to park their car but there are 2 bikes available in garage for your use to ride around town.

Our home is just over 1 mile from the historic downtown district, which offers quality dining, shopping and entertainment. On Saturdays, there is a farmers market at Chestnut Square which is just south of the square. The neighborhood is south of Hwy 380 and east of Hwy 75. The neighborhood is up and coming with many older homes being remodeled and upgraded. Neighbors are fairly quiet and very respectful.

Park for Free in Downtown McKinney ; Off-street Parking. Free all-day parking within a short walking distance of the square. We have maps in the home to help you get around.

Pets: 1 dog is allowed, must be house broken and not allowed on furniture or beds. When you are not home, we require that your dog be kenneled. We charge a $25 cleaning fee per visit. Please message directly to confirm your pet is registered correctly before arrival.

It was a girls shopping trip before school starts. We have done this for thirty or forty years, we don’t remember for sure. This was perfect. There is a lot of great shopping in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was exceptional. We hope we can get it again next year..

Stay for baseball tournament

Stayed with my four kids during a baseball tournament. Place was beautiful, extremely clean, and well stocked. Kids loved having their own beds, much more comfortable than a hotel. Kitchen was terrific, and washer and dryer access was major plus.

Beautiful Home!

This was a girls trip for 2 nights. The home was very comfortable, so much so we never left the house. We made great memories and had lots of laughs. I will recommend and will come back again. The location was great with easy access from the highways.

Baseball tournament

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is what we needed, but not as close to downtown McKinney as anticipated (I could have researched that more). The home was clean and well kept. The backyard was great! Communication with the host was great and all our questions were answered quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was a great stay.

Overall wonderful stay

House was very clean and as pictured. The location was not as expected but was close to everything. Overall, a nice stay. Blackout curtains would be helpful! Lots of light coming in early morning. It was stocked with a lot of extras which was nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One of the Best

My friends and I have stayed in Vrbos every year. This is one of the cleanest, and one of the most spacious, with a great bed set up. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. They even had Christmas lights on the house which was great, since we were there to see Christmas lights and tour the home. Thanks for a great experience.

Easy and clean!

I booked this house as a place to stay for me and my bridesmaids the night before my wedding! The house was super clean and looks exactly like the pics. The house feels even more spacious in person- the kitchen and living room had plenty of space of us to spread out and feel comfortable! The location is perfect just outside downtown Mckinney! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

A perfect spot for our family gathering

This newly renovated house was perfect for our family Christmas! We would use it again in a heartbeat. The open concept kitchen and living area make for such a nice expansive gathering space, and the four bedrooms and two full baths are very comfortable with plenty of closet space. The location is very convenient to some tasty local restaurants (e.g., Hutchens BBQ) and the town square. The host had the place in perfect shape and checking in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.
