Hello Christopher, I’m glad you a good stay and would like to address some of these comments: This house has ping pong in the game room, darts, couches and arcade machine in the garage, oversized connect 4 and cornhole for the backyard, as well as a firepit with chairs. Not exactly sure what other activities you were looking for but everything is exactly as described. During your stay, the weather was in the triple digits, so I’m sure with a house with as many windows as this one, the AC was working overtime to keep up. In case you run into this again at your next VRBO, every vent register has a damper lever so you can control which rooms get more air in any house ;) I’m not sure how many VRBOs youve stayed at, but asking the guest to start a load of dishes and towels and take out the trash before they leave is par for the course. The cleaners do WAY more than that. We have many many reviews about guests staying and having fun at the house all night. I’m sorry this one wasn’t up to your personal standards, but as anyone can see with our past reviews on every platform, this one is a winner :)

We usually have people rave about our beds and ask what mattress so they can get one. The bed frame was broken and is now fixed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and for your feedback on the home. We are always making improvements so our guests can have the best, most cushy stay possible!

To anyone reading this: Please note all of our 5-STAR reviews. We remember this guest/stay well. The house was beautifully cleaned (we were there after the cleaners left and dusted and cleaned a second time just to be sure the place was spotless). There were (and always are) three extra toilet paper rolls in each holder in each bathroom, that is labeled EXTRA TOILET PAPER, and the kitchen is fully stocked with paper towels and every size pot and pan. As for the bed, other guests have asked us what kind of mattress it is so they can buy one for themselves. We do allow smoking outside and in the garage, which is clearly stated in our house rules, and there is a full stock of cleaning supplies under the sink in the kitchen, however the home is extremely clean so you don't need them unless you stay for 5 days and mess everything up ;) I'm very sorry that this guest didn't read the house rules, didn't notice the extra paper towels, or the toilet paper that was next to the toilet in a labeled holder, or open all the cabinets to find the pots and pans she needed. I am also very sorry that she did not alert us to any of these issues. We are more than shocked by this review, we take any review very seriously, but a 1-STAR review we take personally, especially since NONE of this was told to us until the guest stated it here. We do whatever we can to ensure our guests have the best stay possible. Some people you just can't please.

Hello Ed! So glad you had a great stay. And I apologize for any confusion, but the garage is definitely NOT advertised as a sleeping area. lol Please let me know where you saw this so we can fix it. We have 3 queen beds in this property: 1 in each bedroom. We also have a pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the living room as well as a self-inflating floor mattress that can be used in either the living room or the game room if you fold up the ping pong table. :) Also, the property does indeed have a toaster, however it is a toaster oven/microwave combination (not what many people are used to, so we leave instructions in the drawer next to it) Noted to extend the kitchen wares. ;) Again, so glad you had a wonderful time and thanks for the 5-star review !
