Very clean room, just a little too much furniture for my taste. The front staff was kind and professional and catered to our needs. The breakfast was hot and delicious with good choices for adults and kids alike. The breakfast staff which included Wendy was so nice and attentive to the cleanliness and that there was sufficient food for the guests. Coffee was good too.

Great place.

It was a good location. Close to lots of restaurants and a great grocery store with ready meat food. Parks nearby for hiking not far from downtown. The place itself is tired and needs to be remodeled a bit. That needs just fine.

I enjoyed my stay at residence Inn and suites the clerk that checked us in was the most friendly,kind and patient person you can meet his facial expression stay the same with a smile feom checking me in to orher customers and he made everything easy even I took pictures od my room and bathroom and showed him his response was I'll get house keeping up right away and he did just what hw said and house keeping was very kind as well thank you for everything

Overall good. The property is beautiful and the amenities too. Enjoyed the variety of restaurants providing different cultural cuisine located nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly while ensuring customer satisfaction. Definitely will book again!

The location is great and the rate very reasonable, especially with breakfast included and free parking. However, the rooms need a refresh. The window screens were broken and dirty, the carpets a bit musty, the towels rough, and some of the outlets didn’t work. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the tv and ac worked. All in all it was ok and for my purposes worked well enough.

We booked the 2 br/ 2 bath unit. It was HUGE. The two bedrooms/bathrooms were on either side of the spacious open kitchen/dining room/living room area. There was even a gas fireplace and 3 large screen TV’s. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, etc. The only negative was the esthetic. Appliances didn’t match and the cabinets really needed updating. Everything was squeaky clean and beds were uber comfy. However, we booked and really needed roll in / walk in showers as we are both elderly. But both bathrooms had tubs. Overall we will definitely stay here again.
