This neighborhood is within a 30 minute drive of any destination within the Dallas (and mid cities) area making Richardson a preferred suburb location to commute. This listing has just been established. It’s clean with fresh paint, hardwood floors, original 1950’s tile, fenced backyard, original local artwork, ample storage, and fully modern kitchen. With 1 queen and 2 full beds (additional mattresses if needed), all guests will have a peaceful, comfortable stay.
