Pros: free laundry, good location, quiet, modern design of building and rooms
Cons: the shower is the badly designed and water goes on the floor, room and hallway smelled of food at times due to people cooking, layout of room is pretty awkward/tight and would be an issue for bigger people or those with mobility issues

Stayed two nights as part of 3-day South Coast & Glacier Lagoon tour package, Beautiful hotel and great staff. It has a restaurant and excellent well stocked bar on the lobby level. Breakfast was included in our stay.

Hotel has a big parking area, which is easy found, but hotel reception itself is hard to be found for a first comer, there was no signs to help you to get there from parking lot, if you have luggage, you are better to leave them in the car, then pick them later, there is some stairs to go ...
