This hotel did not have card locks it still used keys. the safe was not working properly. i had to use a key instead of a code. my door was left unlocked after it was cleaned.

This place is an absolute gem! My husband and I truly enjoyed this venue for our last few days in Plettenburg Baii! The venue is absolutely beautiful but I can say that this place wouldn’t be as beautiful as it was without the great staff. The service given was superb and it truly felt like home being there!

"Convenient for overnight stay near airport for early flight, friendly staff. But getting to airport was a problem - tunnel looked unsafe in the dark and gates only open at 5am, we ended up calling an Uber."
