"This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. From the second we stepped into the hotel, the additional charges were starting. We opted for the Double single bedroom however we went to the room and we were given a standard double bedroom for 2 people. We went to complain to the front of house and they said the only way to alter this is by paying an additional 300 Turkish Lira on top of what we paid. "We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use....
