Établissement remarquable. Tout est parfait. La responsable d’accueil au petit soin pour ses clients. Adapte ses horaires en fonction de nous. A eu la gentillesse de nous faire des bouteilles de glace Encore un grand merci C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet établissement.

A benchnark is established
Yes, it is amazingly wonderful from hardware to software. Excellent hospitality, unpickable cleanliness, thoughtfulness to all details, e.g. a capsule coffee machine is provided, long disappearing slippers are supplied in full enclosures (but there is notice there advising not to waste). Swimming pool is a bit small but good for travellers refreshing and exercise. There is also an added remark on human touch. Good value for money. I recommend them. Hope they will last this high standard as a benchmark for long time and wish them prosperous business.

Near pretty viiage
The setting of the Mape hotel is very pretty. The reception was closed and we had to ring a telephone number. The person we spoke to was very helpful though. The local resrurant was closed as it was Sunday. Next morning we hoped to buy bread and pastries at the local boulanger but it was closed. Luckily we had brought sufficient food with us.

C'est la première fois que je dormais chez Lape Hôtel à Sully sur Loire..J'y ai pris mon petit déjeuner et la personne responsable a été très sympa et s'est mise en 4 pou moi et mon mari....si je reviens dans la région je réserverai à nouveau

Rénovation à prévoir même si pas cher.
Séjour de deux jours lit non fait pour la deuxième nuit poubelles non vidées. Housse de couette déchirée verrou de chambre qui ne ferme pas lit qui grince porte de toilette qui grince, porte-serviettes cassé et pas de porte manteau sur porte pas très pratique, isolation inexistante Le seul point positif la douche grande taille et les petits déjeuners ok. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Fine aprile 2022 soggiorno di 4 nottate.
Camera ben pulita, forse manca uno spazio per appoggiare la valigia. Personale molto cordiale. Consiglio anche per un soggiorno prolungato. Nel paese vicino a 2 minuti di macchina c'è un ristorante ottimo e con prezzi ragionevoli.
