"Very warm and welcoming, feels like you are at home, breakfast in the conservatory looking over the lake hosts were very attentive and served a different, high quality breakfast each day"
"This is my second time at De Durgerdam and we will come back again... The way the team makes us feel at home, we truly wind down. Everything is thought off without excess, the food is amazing, the night rest is deep and peaceful, the team is truly connecting and the views are breathtaking.. all 10min away from the busy center of Amsterdam! Cannot wait! See you soon!"
"The property was very close to the station Noord with amazing connections to the city. There were nice food options near the property and the interior was lovely. "
"Honestly no complaints. Fair priced and nothing to nitpick at. Everything you see online is as expected! Amazing area right by the train station, good food nearby, place is clean, people are friendly, showers are decent."
"Great location with restaurants on top of the building. Ferry ride away from Amsterdam Centraal. Rooms have music themed rooms with turntables and records for your listening pleasure! "

"Great hotel, really clean and spacious, easy to get to Amsterdam with the metro a 2 min walk away, staff were friendly and the whole room was very good. Only problem I had was lack of good dining options in the hotel (nearby was fine) and the car park was not easy to access, but they were small issues."
"We had a lovely holiday despite the negatives I'm about to list. If Europarcs implement improvements this could be a lovely park to stay in!
The cleanliness of the property was poor, there were cobwebs everywhere, not just one or two but down behind everything was matted with them, the downstairs toilet was smelly. It seemed like the "broom clean" you're asked to leave it is all that you arrive to. Didn't help that the attachments did not fit the vacuum so i was unable to remedy myself!
The AC was leaking significantly which we reported but was not resolved despite assurance an engineer would be sent. This was particularly inconvenient as it was a very hot week.
There are no doors between ensuite and the room which is a privacy issue ehen using facilities but also the heat/moisture from showering fills the room making it even warmer than it is already.
The facilities looked good, the swimming pool was small but adequate, the sauna however requires a daily deposit of 38 euros and can only be used during reception opening hours of 9-5. It would have been nice to use in the evening, same with the pool.
The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed an evening there.
The shop was poorly stocked and not open the day we arrived. We made use of other supermarkets including Albert Heijn in nearby Marken.
It was a handy location to access lots of places/activities outside of Amsterdam and you could use public transport to access Amsterdam itself. FYI the bus is expensive, train l"
"It was a great way to take a break from busy cities. It was so relaxing we ended up adding an additional day to our stay. Don’t miss the opportunity to have dinner here- it was one of our better meals on a two trip through the Netherlands. Breakfast is pretty simple, but good enough to get your day started. "
"The stay was pleasant!
Only major problem is with the washroom. Only 2 washrooms shared with 40+ people. That is very unreasonable. Everything else was perfect "
"This hotel was in a unique location. The streets are guarded by timed entry, which made it confusing to get to the parking. The hotel staff was helpful with this experience. The breakfast was quite costly for typical offerings, but the setting was very elegant. The bed was comfortable and clean. "
"Excellent stay! Room was very comfortable and clean, great SPA facilities and a very good breakfast.
We had a dinner reservation at the restaurant that wowed us on arrival but left very disappointed after the meal. Menu was disappointing and overpriced. Need to hire a new chef and less more attentive staff. "
"It’s an amazing stay, hotel is up-to-date. Definitely coming again and b‘fast was included. Maybe if the b‘fast was more variety, it would’ve been better."
