This interior designer's private home is on the 11th hole of the Monarch Links Golf Course. Walk out the back gate to the path leading to Ritz Cove and the Monarch Resort for dining, a day at the Spa or Beach. Interior has Westin heavenly bedroom, Restoration Hardware, and Zee Gallerie modern interior very elegantly designed. This beautiful property sleeps 8 and is part of a one-acre estate. Three homes total right on the golf course with views of Ritz Cove. Book all three for weddings, family reunions, and get-togethers. 30-night minimum stay in this guard-gated community. Three Plus monthly stays include membership to Spearman Monarch Links Tennis and Pool/ Spa.

OUR COVID 19 CLEANING IS TOP SHELF. 14 HOURS OF CLEANING WITH COVID DISINFECTING CHEMICALS ON ALL SURFACES. LINENS GO OUT FOR PRESSING AND LIGHT STARCH. ALL FABRIC FURNITURE AND CARPET IS SANITIZED. PROPERTY IS VACANT FOR 48 HOURS BETWEEN TENANTS. PROPERTY WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED IN 2020.

Great Golf Hide Away!

Wow! we had such a great time and the home was incredible. Beautiful interior which comfortably slept 8. We walked to the beach in Ritz Cove every morning and enjoyed coffee on the back patio as the golfers teed off on this 11th hole. Very large yard complete with barbecue allowed for great family dinner and outside dining. The Dana Point Harbor was just 10 minutes away and we enjoyed a wonderful day trip by boat to Catalina Island. Day excursions to Laguna Beach were easily accessible by the local trolley for strolling the art studios and the Laguna Beach Art Festival. Close proximity to the freeway allowed for day trips to Loa Angeles or San Diego only one hour away north or south. Would highly recommend the property and the location to any adventurous soul.
